Principal investicator was prof. Walter Tape from Univeristy of Alaska, Fairbanks. Also prof. Robert Greenler from University of Wisconsin, Milwaykee was there. Also active halo observers from Finnish Halo Observers Network Marko Pekkola and Marko Riikonen participated the project.
