Arthur's Pass. A small village which was born when a railroad tunnel throught the Southern Alps was built. This village is surrounded by Arthur's Pass National Park. |

Arthur's Pass National Park has some great views. Also several rare birds can be spotted there like keas (Nestor notabilis), the mountain parrots. |
